This kit is used for the qualitative test of the nucleocapsid protein antigen from SARS-CoV-2, influenza A virus and influenza B virus in nasal swabs and nasopharyngeal swab specimens collected from patients with suspected symptoms of respiratory viruses infection (including SARS-CoV-2). This kit can assist in testing and differentiating nucleocapsid protein antigen of SARS-CoV-2, influenza A virus and influenza B virus. Generally, these antigens can be tested in nasal swabs and nasopharyngeal swab samples collected in acute attack period after viral infection.

For qualitative detection of influenza virus in respiratory virus, nasopharyngeal swab virus A and influenza virus B nucleocapsid protein antigens containing novel nasal swabs and SARS-CoV-2 virus. The kit can assist in the detection and differentiation of novel coronavirus, influenza A and B virus nucleocapsid protein antigens. These antigens are acutely exacerbated after viral infection and can generally be detected in nasal or nasopharyngeal swab samples.
